Briitely operates as a business-to-business (B2B) white-label software platform powered by GoHighLevel, providing customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, and related tools to business Customers and their authorized users.


2. Scope and Roles

2.1 Briitely’s Role

Briitely acts as:

• a service provider to its business Customers; and

• a data processor or sub-processor with respect to personal information processed through the Services on behalf of Customers.

2.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers act as the data controllers for all personal information relating to their own clients, leads, or contacts (“End-User Data”). Customers are solely responsible for:

• determining the purposes and means of processing End-User Data;

• obtaining all required consents or establishing lawful authority for collection and use;

• providing appropriate privacy notices to End Users; and

• complying with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and anti-spam laws, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Briitely processes End-User Data only in accordance with Customer instructions and for the purpose of providing the Services.


3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information Provided by Customers

We may collect personal information from Customers and authorized users, including:

• Name and business contact information

• Email address and telephone number

• Company name and account credentials

• Billing, subscription, and payment-related information

• Communications with Briitely, including support inquiries

3.2 End-User Data Processed on Behalf of Customers

Customers may upload, store, or otherwise process personal information relating to their own End Users through the Services. Briitely does not control this information and processes it solely as a processor or sub-processor.


3.3 Automatically Collected Information

When the Services are accessed, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

• IP address

• Browser type, device information, and operating system

• Usage logs, access times, and interaction data

• Cookies and similar tracking technologies


4. Purposes of Use

Personal information is collected and used for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services

• To authenticate users and manage Customer accounts

Briitely relies on third-party service providers to deliver the Services, including:

GoHighLevel, which provides the core platform infrastructure and functionality

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

• Hosting, analytics, and security providers

These service providers process personal information only as necessary to perform services on Briitely’s behalf and are contractually required to safeguard such information.

Use of the Services involves processing personal information through GoHighLevel in accordance with GoHighLevel’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Customers are encouraged to review these documents as part of their compliance obligations.


7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are used to:

• Maintain secure user sessions

• Enable essential platform functionality

• Analyze system performance and usage patterns

Users may manage cookie preferences through their browser settings; however, disabling cookies may limit functionality of the Services.

Briitely does not sell personal information.

• To service providers assisting in the operation of the Services

The Services are intended for business use only and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Briitely does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
